By the end of this program, you will have everything you need to be able to sail through the rest of your life, knowing how to apply and use an array of tools that switch yourself on and help you get all your stuff done. - Learn how to uncover and utilize all the necessary motivation and inner drive that you will ever need to succeed in any task you choose to start - Overcome unconscious blockages and self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviours - Learn what to do to set yourself up for success with any task at hand - Discover ways to feel better and access more enjoyment around all tasks - Learn ways that will work for you, and allow you to hit your "on" button any time you need to get yourself going and get started The program includes four power sessions with practical techniques, challenges, and experiments that you can implement at home inside of your day-to-day life, that will cement your learning. Accountability check ins available in between sessions. Price : 499 Euros Includes 4 x power hour sessions taken over one month Regular check in's via whats ap for guidance and accountability in between.

Cancellation Policy

Due to my schedule being very busy and some clients already waiting to be seen, if you need to cancel an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to do so and certainly at least 24 hours before hand, to allow another client the opportunity to take your place. Thank you so much.
